Description

Creating a more melancholy and sonically detailed form of Doom Metal, Paradise Lost offered distinctive lead guitar melodies and atmospheric arrangements that – along with fellow travelers Anathema and My Dying Bride – placed them at the forefront of the 1990s extreme Metal scene. The Gothic EP features two different mixes of tracks from Gothic that was recorded in 1990 and 1991, the mix version of The Painless has never been released before. We also have two dub versions of tracks from Lost Paradise that was released on the In Dub maxi back in 1990.
