Description

Red vinyl

In the early 90s Paul Dianno had found himself a killer of a band with Cliff Evans (Tank) and Nick Burr (Battlezone/Tyrant) on guitars, Gavin Cooper (Battlezone) on bass and Steve Hopgood (Battlezone/Tank/Chinatown/Persian Risk) on drums. Killers recorded some excellent metal and anyone who has seen Dianno performing Iron Maiden tracks live the last couple of years knows that the man still can sing – enough said. Their debut album Murder One was a splendid album and the press hailed them as the natural successor to Judas Priest. Just prior to the release of Murder One the band had been out on tour and among many places they invaded the South America. With a wealth of experience between them, the band quickly gelled together on stage and injected new life into classic Iron Maiden anthems and a selection of other metal favourites. This album was recorded during that tour. Too bad that it wasnt released a year later as the Murder One disc really had some strong tracks that would be have been great if they had been performing a couple of tracks from that disc too. However most people never grow tired out these Maiden classics and DiAnno delivers them with a spine chilling performance. So throughout which makes this live album essential listening for any rock fan.
