Official Turkish only tape. Clear cassette with grey texture The pioneering metal band Pentagram are one of the most revered and — with the same intensity — criticized bands in Turkish metal history. While proving an international success, they've managed to help the genre gain popularity in their homeland with the help of many others, and they've always been at the forefront of media attention. Their always changing style got off to a pretty fast speed metal start with their self-titled debut in 1990, with Murat Net on lead guitars. This was released as a tape only in 1990 which sold over 30 000 copies. As Europe and America were always in their future plans, all the songs were written in English. The follow-up, ‘Trail Blazer’, hit the streets in Turkey in 1992 as a tape only. When this tape started to sell just as well as the first one then Nuclear Blast soon signed them up and the first release they did with the band was ‘Trail Blazer’ that made it onto cd in 1994. However the band later had to change their name since there already were enough bands with the same name so later Pentagram releases that were released outside of Turkey goes under the name of Mezarkabul. This is the original Turkish cassette version from 1992 on their own label PMP records and it features a cover version of Sex Pistols ‘Holidays In The Sun’ that never made it onto the Nuclear Blast cd version Track listing: 1.
