Description

The story of Powerdrops goes back to the late 80s when a few of the members where jamming out at their rehearsal place under the name of Distorsion, a band that was put on hold due to military obligations. When that time was served some of the band members went back to playing their music but instead of reactivating Distorsion they started out all new under their new name of Powerdrops. This Greek heavy metal band, hailing from Athens, managed to squeeze out two demos, a vinyl single and the full length album, Seven Feelings, during the next 7 years. All of them being rare independently pressed releases showing a band with lots of good intentions but also having some flaws. You can hear how the band progressed during the years and where their final releases, Seven Feelings, features some really good material. Vocalist Thanasis Bertsatos would then join another local act. Power Crue, instead
