The highly acclaimed stoner rockers, Queens Of The Stone Age, from the California desert has travelled to Switzerland to appear at the 2005 version of the Montreux Jazz Festival. The band were at this years festival sharing the bill with rock stars such as Alice Cooper, Brian Wilson, Elvis Costello, Garbage, Velvet Revolver and Kasabian among some legendary blues, jazz any R&B acts. So on this dvd you will find the show from that night on the 2nd of July 2005. The core members Josh Homme (Vocals, Guitar, Bass), Troy Van Leeuwen (Voc, Guitar, Lap Steel, Bass), Joey Castillo (Drums) as well as new members Alain Johannes (Guitar, Bass) and Natasha Shneider (Voc, Keyboards) fuzz out some monster riff and an epic version of The Blood Is Love.
