In October of 1988 Metallica kicked off their European part of the Damage Justice 1988-1989 tour. Queensryche were support act during this tour. This album was recorded at Sporthalle in Cologne, Germany on the 26th of October 1988 (fairly early on the tour) the cover however says live in Sweden.
