Renegade from Sundsvall Sweden started out as 80s heavy metal band and they travelled to Ljudstudion in Gavle to record their debut single Rock Til You Die in June of 1982. Their debut was a very pleasant release much thanks to the nice guitarwork from Stefan Johnsson and their vocalist Bjorn Pehrson. After their debut they added a keyboard player and became more melodic for the second and final single, Do It. The band fell apart and Stefan Johnsson moved to Stockholm to join the Swedish AOR act Snakes In Paradise, who acted as the back up band to the ex-King Kobra vocalist Mark Free. Worth investing in if you like melodic keyboard based hardrock
