Special import. Request magazine was a music magazine much devoted to the new music coming out at the time. It was published monthly from their location in Minnesota. The magazine did very well and when the major music magazine Rolling Stone had been criticized for a few quarters for not keeping ahead of the musical curve they snapped Request’s editor Keith Moerer to their post as the new music editor of Rolling Stone.

This issue has 72 pages written in English and features articles and interviews with or about Living Colour, The Jeff Healey Band, Sonic Youth, Nelson, Can you music save the city of New Orleans, Texas Tornados and tons of news about what was happening in the current scene when this mag was released.
