Swedish/Norwegian party rockers Sha-boom covered Sweets 'Fox On The Run' for their 1988 debut 'R.O.C.K'. Sweet's Andy Scott was also on hand to add some authenticity acting as producer. The album was a massive hit in Sweden and singer Dag Finn was often portrayed as a teen idol, this marketing often seeing the singer baring all in Scandinavian magazines. Finn's first act, at the age of fifteen, was the Hanoi Rocks inspired Bangkok Sucks. They topped the album sales lists with this album as the album sold an amazing 120 000 copies and the single sold 40 000 copies. ‘R.O.C.K’ is definitely and album that should please AOR lovers because there are so many melodic radio hits on this one just check out their hits like ’Don´t Steal My Heart Away’, ‘R.O.C.K’ and ‘Wheels Of Rock ´N Roll’.
