Special import. RIP magazine was an American publication published between 1986 and 1996. It was heralded as the finest hard rock publication of its day. The mag’s editor-in-chief was none other than Lonn Friend, who sat in the captain’s chair for nearly a decade. RIP magazine also had some one offs. or special issues.
