Talizman was an American progressive heavy metal act from Valley Springs in California. They were formed in the late 80s and did a studio session at the Bayview Studios in Richmond, California in 1992. This studio session didnt lead to any record contract and the recording got shelved away. The line-up featured Hexx and Paradox drummer Dave Schmidt as well as Dough Tobin and Jeff Baker from Maximum Force. Luckily these recordings has now been found and dusted off and remastered. Its a shame that this recording never got out when it was recorded. It features some amazing American heavy progg power metal ala Queensryche, Warrior and Hitman with a great Tate like vocals from Doug Tobin.
