There are several bands now that are part of the New Wave Of Thrash Metal and one of them is Tantara from Norway. The band mainly cites the Bay Area Thrash scene as a major influence, playing a style that is reminiscent to Metallica, Heathen, Exodus, and Vio-Lence. This 2012 single shows all their influences and not only does they honour the Bay Area gods they also got ex-Metallica producer Flemming Rasmussen to helm the sound at the famous Sweet Silence studios. The band consists of vocalist/rhythm guitarist Fredrik Bjerko, whose voice closely resembles that of Kreator frontman Mille Petrozza, bassist Max Warnby, who brings a distorted bass tone into the mix, drummer Stian Sannerud, who seems to be a devotee of Dave Lombardo, and virtuoso lead guitarist Per Semb, who delivers sweeping solos with ease. The single track showcases vicious speed and intensity reminiscent of Eternal Nightmare era Vio-Lence and its backed up by the track Court Injustice which is exclusive to this single.
