Back in 2005 former Ebba Grön vocalist Thåström released the groundbreaking album Skebokvarnsv.209. The album was for the first time largely acoustic and, unlike previous albums, lyrics and voice became more important than volume and distorted guitars. Thåström himself has described it as a way to reinvent himself. Skebokvarnsv.209 was very well received and won both a Grammy and topped the Swedish album chart.
