Description

The Bronx Casket Co is DD Verni’s sideproject. Antihero is the fourth album from the New York-based metal heads. The band was originally formed in 1998 by Overkill co-founder and bassist DD Verni. The first album simply titled the Bronx Casket Co. was released in 1999. This debut got good reviews by both, journalists and listeners, and the band could establish a fan base which has grown more and more with the release of their second album Sweet Home Transylvania and their third album Hellectric. Then after their third release vocalist Spy left the band and after some thoughts DD decieded he himself would take care of the vocals for their upcoming fourth album. And those who miss Spy, which probably are a lot, dont be afraid. I must say that DD nailed on this one. All the songs are catchy. Mike Romeo from Symphony X is laying down almost all of the solos so you know they are smokin. Fans of Overkill and Horror thrash goth metal should check this out.
