Swedish punk act The Pain was formed in Stockholm back in 1977 by Staffan Spiv Åland Holmberg (vocals), Janne Oldaeus (guitar), who also was in Warheads, Håkan Uppgren (guitar), Håkan Hocky Rudberg (bass) and Stefan Stejmo Hjelm (drums). Stefan Hjelp would later join Japop. The Pain was among the first generation of punks in Stockholm. They had a short career but still managed to create some chaos and make anecdotes. The made a support gig for The Police at the Music Palais in Stockholm on the 19th of June 1979 and the whole thing ended in a fight. The Pain recorded two now classic Swedish punk rock releases, the Feel The Pain EP in 78 and this single in 1979. The B-side of this single can also be heard on the Stakkalmsjavlar 1978-1981 compilation. A Swedish punk nugget with two highly recommended tracks
