This gothic rock band emerged from the dirty alleys of Stockholm in the late 80s. The band released three singles and a couple of albums. However their third and final single, Wild World, released in 1991, features one of the bands best tunes. The title track shows more hard rock influences then their earlier work and this one sounds heavy with an almost Motorhead drive to it. The B-side, She Walks Alone, however is not as impressive or convincing. However the sound the band had back then always felt real and The Solar Lodge felt more genuine than many of their competitors who were on the Stockholm underground scene at the same time.
