Description

Still sealed pro-printed cdR disc

Hailing from New Jersey, The Way In, shared stages with the likes of Kix, Tuff or Enuff Z’Nuff. The Way In is everything that is right with commercial Rock-N-Roll. They did a recording in 1989 that was released in 2014 as Blame It On Rock And Roll. While the band were digging their vaults they decided to put together an album of other rare material taken from the early years, this can be found on this album Dirty (the early years). Here we have early demos and home recordings. The sound here is for obvious reasons more rough then the 1989 studio session. The Way In could have been something if they just had found a label interesting to sign them. Instead lead vocalist Frank Duca and guitarist Danny Rose started a new act called Sinnocence where Frank Duca started to play drums and did backing vocals while they added a new vocalist in Louis Michael and released the State Of Grace album in 1993. But if youre interested in the US melodic rock that came out of Usa in the late 80s then you should check this band out. Start with the Blame It On Rock N Roll first then if you like that album then go back and check out the roots of The Way In with Dirty.
