Of the epic new track Sick Of Me, frontman Shane Greenhall says: My worst enemy, my biggest critic, the hardest, meanest person I know is sometimes me. This song is a duel, a constant battle with the person staring back at you in the mirror and not liking what you see and feel. Accepting your patterns, your learnt behaviours is extremely important as only then can you become a better version of yourself. Truth sometimes hurts as honesty always prevails, whether you’re ready for it or not.
