Christcrusher is the third album from the Finnish symphonic black metal band Thy Serpent, released in 1998. When you hear this youll immediately think about Dimmu Borgir, Graveworm or any other symphonic black metal act and its very melodic but has its own identity. The vocals sounds very evil and the keyboards fits well. The title track however feels like its written at another session because it nearly doesnt fit in with the rest of the tracks. Its very brutal compared to the rest of the material. Its not as assessable as newer Dimmu releases but a great addition to a your black metal collection
