Swedish singer Tone Norum was born in 1965 as the younger sister of Europe guitarist John Norum. At the beginning of Europes career she handled the fan club work but she soon started her own musical career. She released her debut album One Of A Kind in 1986. 9 of the 10 tracks were written by Europe vocalist Joey Tempest who also produced the album. The album is one of the best female AOR records to have come out of Sweden and it includes hits like Stranded and Cant You Stay. In 1992 she released here fourth album called Dont Turn Around. It was produced by Ole Evenrude and together they created another solid melodic album. This was a welcome return back to the music she does best. The album single Dont Turn Around became a hit in Sweden and was a cover of a Tina Turner song.
