Formed in the early 80’s, Traitors Gate are best known for their seminal NWOBHM EP ‘Devil Takes The High Road’, (1984 ) which still remains a NWOBHM classic. The band split in 1989 but reformed in 2016 to play various festivals. This is the original line up except vocalist Chris Ellis being replaced by, ex-Mayhem Messiah singer Sy Davies whose particular brand of high quality vocals perfectly complements Traitors Gate’s trademark brand of classic / power metal.
