Description

Under Siege from Eibergen, in the east of Holland, started as a Thrash Metal band in 1988 who later turned into a doom band. So part of this is technical and progressive thrash metal that the band says is influences of bands like: Confessor, Tool, Primus and Anacrusis. The band only released three demos during their career; Not Seken, Just Listen (1989), Frustrated and Gloating (both from 1989). The end result shows a band thatt sounds like a mix of Confessor (Condemned 1991) and Watchtower (Control And Resistance 1989). Features Egbert Berenst from Dark Wizard on vocals and Berenst favorite band was Anacrusis so its no big surprise that the band recorded a cover version of Far Too Long. Fans of Dutch Metal and technical / progressive thrash metal should take notice.
