The Sao Paulo-based band Vazio began their work at the end of 2016 and at the beginning of the following year released their first self-titled EP containing 7 tracks. With it came their first European tour with 23 shows in 7 countries of the old continent. The next two years saw the release of three split albums before the band finally got their debut album, Eterno Aeon Obscuro, out in 2020. This album sets an amazing atmosphere and their opening track, Elementais Da Materia Obscura, is full of blast beats and the vocals sounds like they were recorded inside a cave. Vazio plays fast, direct, and pragmatic Black Metal that are direct and brutal. If more people could hear this album than im sure it would have ended up on several lists of the best releases of the year.
