Warfare’s first 7″ EP, Noise, Filth and Fury was a fair introduction to their Venom-gone-punk style, and, amazingly, the concept worked smashingly well! Anarchistic shards of heavy metal mayhem like “Burn Down The Kings Road,” “New Age Of Total Warfare” (complete with battleground sound effects), and the title track were as subtle as a boot in the crotch, but contained enough energy, strong riffs, and memorable hooks to propel the band into a surprisingly successful run. “Burn Down The Kings Road” features Jeff “Mantas” Dunn (Venom) on guitars.
