A third official live album from Wasp. This was originally recorded for a webcast during the ‘Helldorado’ tour at the Key Club in L.A. on April 22nd in 2000. The recording has its flaws, but it’s honest: no touch-ups, no gimmicks and the sound quality is fair. There are some highlights like ‘Chainsaw Charlie’ which is blistering, and is played in its entirety. It’s hard to go wrong with ‘Love Machine’ or ‘Wild Child’ and Chris Holmes guitar work sounds particularly mean on the song. The encore performance of ‘Blind In Texas’ is awesome, and the energy really comes through on the track. However I would still recommend the new fan to go out and buy the ‘Double Live Assassins’ live album instead to begin with.
