Living Death truly jumped into full gear with their mini album Back To The Weapons back in 1986. The band were among the more frantic thrash metal acts in the country and no other bands had a singer like Thorsten Toto Bergmann who could create some of the nastiest vocals ever heard in the genre. This single features the intense Eisbein (Mit Sauerkraut) from Back To The Weapons as well as two tracks from their 1987 opus Protected From Reality, possibly Living Death’s most consistent release. Even with only three tracks, this single gives a fair demonstration of Living Death’s fast take on thrash metal.
